Description
"Ruby no!!!" Emily yelled from the stands, she wasn't quite sure if the dragon wanted to actually kill her opponent or not, but honestly, it wouldn't surprise her, as much of a hot head as Ruby was, it was only a matter of time until she got a little too mad, I mean, she had tried to burn Iris alive not too long ago, and Emily didn't want to see her girlfriend killing another student just because she could.
"You're ruining the fun toy lady" Zat said to Emily, annoyed, he wanted to see her sister crushing her opponent, that was the best part, wasn't it?
The dragon turned to the source of the voice, and looked at Emily's face, honestly, Ruby wasn't sure if she was going to kill Ida or not, she couldn't deny the thought had crossed her mind, but she had already won, hadn't she? She was pretty pissed about all the cutting and.... she sighed "fine" she said softly, to herself mostly since no one could really hear her, and she let go of the unconscious body of Ida, letting it fall to the floor as she looked away.
"Well surprise surprise, we have another so called expert being a total disappointment, seriously assholes, what it's wrong with you people, she's a beginner, and she's kicking your sad asses, third shadowmancer beaten, says a whole lot about how pathetic that department really is" Helmy was so done, and behind him, Glitch was pretty done too, he just threw his arms up in the air and walked out of the arena. "Congratulations on shaming the shadowmancers once again"
"She won!" Sina was all excited, lifting Ruh so she could see better, the crystal boy didn't quite understand what had happened but he did notice the people around him celebrating, and that was reason enough for him to get excited.
"She did it again, if she wins next round she wins the whole thing" said Sitka, next to her, not a hundred percent sure, but he believed it was like that "I can't deny I'm impressed"
On the other side of the stands Zat was yelling with excitement, dam right he was proud of his little sister! Rax on the other hand had his head buried on her hands, Ruby was getting too close to winning the tournament, oh man, how unbearable it was gonna be for him if she actually won, she was egocentric enough already, he didn't need more things fueling that behavior... Emily couldn't help but giggle, the two brothers were so different, it was always funny being around them, she did feel a little sorry for Rax, it was always like two versus one, but she couldn't help but smile about it, and then she looked at Ruby, oh how she kept impressing her, she wanted to go congratulate her already.
The redhead looked around, smiling at all the cheering she heard from the crowd, there wasn't a better feeling than this, victory and recognition, she couldn't help but smile. Taking a deep breath she de-shifted back her to humanoid form, she could see the medical team already entering the ring to heal them, and her hands moved automatically to her sides, but as she pressed her wounds she felt her hands sting, they were all covered in blood and she couldn't see why they were hurting so much. Squinting her eyes to get a better look she saw the wide cut on her palms, she didn't see it before because she thought the blood was from her torso wounds, but of course...the memory of her grabbing the scythe by the blade flashed on her mind "Fucking scythe" she whined, pouting like a child, her hands really really hurt.
